A Relaxing Stay with Unbeatable Service
Had a lovely two-night stay as a couple. The host's attention to detail impressed us, with thoughtful touches like scissors for quick snacking. The room was well-equipped, and dining options were delightful! Consider parking across the street for convenience.

only downside was parking, which is a bit tricky. also, the bathroom could use a little update.

Our family had a delightful stay at the hotel, and Agnes truly made our experience special. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the promenade, and the breakfast was fantastic, with so many tasty options. My granddaughter loved the little welcome gifts!
My wife says that it would be great if there were more entertainment options for kids.

Spotlessly clean rooms with everything you could wish for, including high-quality bedding and thoughtful extras like welcome packs. The breakfast menu delivers a fantastic variety, freshly cooked to order, ensuring guests start their day right.
Parking can be a challenge. there's no direct access outside the hotel, so expect a little trek to find a spot. Some rooms on the top floor have roof windows, which limits the view, and the shower pressure could definitely use some improvement. Limited communal lounge space might leave you wanting a cozy spot to unwind outside your room.

I had a lovely stay at Sorrento House recently. The warm welcome from Agnes set a positive tone right away. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, really comfortable. I appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like a mini fridge filled with water and a welcome gift bag with snacks. The breakfast was incredible—so many options to choose from, and everything was cooked perfectly. I ordered hot food the night before, which made breakfast time so smooth. The location is convenient too. less than a 10-minute walk to the main attractions. One downside was the lack of parking directly outside. there was a car park just 200 yards away with good security, so it wasn’t a huge issue. a fantastic place to stay, and I look forward to returning.

Superior King Room boasts delightful finishing touches like a sewing kit, and everything feels meticulously curated. The bathroom amenities include high-quality toiletries, and the room's overall cleanliness stands out.
The top-floor Double Room only had a roof window, limiting the view and making it feel somewhat claustrophobic. a lower floor could’ve offered a more pleasant experience. parking presents a mild inconvenience with no spaces directly outside, though a well-maintained lot is available about 200 yards away. manageable for those who don’t mind a bit of a walk.
